The final of four seasonal explorations, diving in to connect with the innate wisdom of our elders + Ma Nature.

This is the season that, when it hits, I feel I’ve been waiting for for what seems like ages. Are you with me? Summer is an easy season to move through. Think about your family’s dinner table - do the meals shift when summer is in the air? Are you in need of a bit of a kick start when it comes to meal times, feel like you’ve been in a rut? We’ll be talking about the energetics of this summer season, and focusing on all things heart + gut this summer.

Join us for a full 6-week online exploration as we meet up online, live in person, for a series of 6 Tuesday evenings. We’ll focus on how Nutrition, the flavours you chase + which of those key lifestyle ideas can be of support through this new dreamy energy. Get in sync, yo.

What to expect: we meet via Zoom, live, online. For those who can’t join live, you’ll be able to catch the replay of the webinar at anytime within the next week.

Tue May 25 - 1 hour; focus on foods for the season, organ/system to concentrate on. 3 recipes.
Tue Jun 1 - 30 minutes; Teas, roots, shoots + flavours to focus on for the season. 1 elixir recipe.
Tue Jun 8 - 30 minutes; Lifestyle ideas to support you in this season. 1 recipe.
Tue Jun 15 - 30 minutes; 2x Batch cooking item for the season.
Tue Jun 22 - 30 minutes; Superfoods for the season. 1 recipe ++ more
Tue Jun 29 - 1 hour; A cooking demo on a seasonal special traditional foods skill. 1 recipe.

Cost: $120 for the season. Includes 10 recipes, 4 hours of instruction, resources, goal sheets + a chance to join in the conversation, have questions answered + personalize this experience.
