Scratch Cooking Fundamentals

This is a 10-class self-directed cooking class series that is applicable to ANYONE wanting to learn new skills in the kitchen. That means YOU. It originally came about as a 10-part series for the Junior High set; but I have to say, learning to cook from scratch on your own - that is a NLS (Necessary Life Skill).

Cooking from Scratch is where it's at, kittens. Access 10 different classes, all 1.5 hours each. Get grocery lists, recipes + join Luka and her teen Eliza on video as they cook the recipes.

Build those skills one by one, and in a few months' time, you'll be whipping up nutrient dense offerings for everyone at your table! All dietary recommendations are met here.
