This first in the series of morning classes on immune health will encompass a general overview of understanding how our immune system works and why it's so important to look after. We'll touch on the organs involved, and just where your immune system lies. Of course, expect to have a list of foods to target nourishing your immune system, and which types of teas and herbs to reach for from our plant helpers. All in the name of keeping colds + flus at bay, and support a vibrant fall and winter!
