Maybe you're curious to learn some new tricks in the kitchen in order to support optimal health; perhaps you're intimidated by all that's out there and not sure of how to transfer this knowledge in to your hands and heart.
This full day cooking feast is the day for you then, my sweet.
This is the Gut and GoodFood Lab, a full day in the kitchen to arm you with the smarts and the tricks of the trade to make this whole food journey a more attainable and easy task. Consider this the hands-on component that accompanies the Intro to GoodFoods classes. (Want to know what this whole series is about? Read up on this blog post to get the idea.)
Lunch will be provided, and everyone gets to take home their own ferments.
Join me, Luka Symons, local C.H.N.C. Holistic Nutrition Practitioner to fall in love with the GoodFoods and learn a few tricks of the whole foods trade, while having fun and getting dirty. This day will be gluten free, dairy free, nutrient-dense and Full GAPS Diet compliant.
