Is Your Heart Locked Up in a Safe Space?
Along our life's path, an event or likely many events shake our trust and we place our heart into a "safe space", we “armour up” with a strong and silent shield between our hearts and the world.
At this weekend workshop you’ll work with a variety of tools in the physical, mental and emotional realms to gently ease you back into whole hearted living. Head Big Heart organizer Cindy Winther has brought together a chosen group of 6 beautiful soul filled presenters who will guide you over the course of the two days to your own wisdom and knowledge and your path to Open Heartedness.
The workshop will run over two days, October 28th and 29th, 9 - 5 Saturday and Sunday, and we hope you can join us for the full experience, however if only part of that time is available to you we have options for you.
The weekend embodies our body, mind and spirit through yoga, food, exercises in building trust, overcoming fear, self-care and energetic tools we can use to gently propel us forward increasing our connection to our hearts, ourselves and the world.
This workshop will benefit anyone who wants to face the world with a wide open heart and thoughtful boundaries.
