THIS IS A PRIVATE CLASS. This is a super duper informal fermenting session. The cost is $40 per person, and includes all of your ingredients, tools, jars and recipes you will need to make DILLY CARROTS. Think carrot sticks meet dill pickles. This is the kind of ferment that both bigs and littles will enjoy. A perfect first ferment to try! You will take home the startings of your own first batch.
