This is a super duper informal fermenting session. The cost is $40 per person, and includes all of your ingredients, tools, jars and recipes you will need to make KIMCHI. This is sauerkraut on the NEXT LEVEL. You will take home your own batch; you get to dial up or down the heat factor. You are in the driver's seat on this one!
