Fermenting condiments is all about adding the delicious to your meals, in easy peasy ways. The cost is $40 per person, and includes all of your ingredients, tools, jars and recipes you will need to make BBQ Sauce and Ketchup. Fermented of course! You will take a few jars home of your OWN.
