This is part of a series of super duper informal fermenting sessions I offer. The cost is $40 per person, and includes all of your ingredients, tools, jars and recipes you will need to make ye olde and mighty SAUERKRAUT. So good for you, I can't even tell you. I will also have samples here for you to try! You will take a few jars home of your OWN.
