This is one of a series of super duper informal fermenting sessions I offer. The cost is $30 per person, and includes all of your ingredients, tools, jars and recipes you will need to make CREME FRAICHE. Think melted ice cream. The possibilities are endless with this delicious ingredient in your arsenal! I will also have samples here for you to try. You will take home the startings of your own first batch.
