Aging is an inevitable part of life, and hopefully something we all get to experience. As our life expectancy has nearly doubled over this last century, this gives us all an opportunity to take charge of our own health and make those choices to ensure our body, mind and spirit are in good working order, now and in our later years. The foods we choose can have a tremendous impact on our vitality, providing our bodies with the nutrients necessary for a keen mind, healthy joints, and a happy heart. Science is now saying while genetics play a big part in how you will age, the choices you make in your day to day life have a much bigger impact on not only the quality of life, but also the quantity.
